About the PTO

The Lincoln School Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) was established to support the school and benefit the students. Historically we have supported teachers and students through a number of standing committees that work to raise money, foster positive community relations and promote school spirit. Some of our past fundraising has enabled the purchase of computers and smart boards for classrooms, playground equipment, hand chimes for music class, and classroom games and supplies.

Activities that we have been able to support include special school-wide assemblies and shows, field trips for all grade levels, and staff appreciation week. All of these activities are made possible through the generous volunteer work of Lincoln School community members like yourself. There are many opportunities for Bitty Bomber supporters to get involved. Consider attending our meetings every first Tuesday of each month (except January when we do not meet), We have a Facebook page.  Look us up!

Lincoln PTO Mission Statement

Our Lincoln School PTO is a gathering of a group of parent leaders and volunteers dedicated to supporting our teachers and staff in their instruction and guidance to the children who attend school here. We exist to enrich curriculum with field trips, family activities, exposure to theater and the arts, as well as classroom needs unable to be met by the school district.

This PTO desires to welcome our community and new families and to be a source of encouragement and motivation to our teachers and staff. We hope to fill their buckets so their energy and enthusiasm will spill over, instilling a love for learning in our children and filling their buckets as well! It is our pleasure to serve Lincoln School.
